It is! All you have to do is sign up. Signing up in person at the theatre is easy. After you sign up you can either download the app or use the card like I do. You earn points for ticket purchases and concessions.

Can I Earn Regal Crown Club Rewards Using MoviePass
Yes, you can! Now that I am going to the movies more than ever thanks to MoviePass I am earning a bunch of points. Just this last month I earned a free soda and got my birthday popcorn. Currently, I am one movie away from earning Ruby status which will give me additional 500 points per visit.
